Little Mouse’s Sweet Treat is an adorable children’s picture book with wonderful illustrations. The mouse has fun adventures meeting different animals and gets a special snack from each of them. It’s a great book to read aloud and each page has a flowing rhyming. Since I do not have young kids, my teenage son also read and approved the story.  It would make a great gift and it contains plenty of site words to help early readers. It is also a great addition to a children’s library.
